His Excellency General Dr. PHORN Nara, Secretary General of the National Authority of Chemical Weapons-NACW highly representative of Samdech Pichey Sena TEA Banch, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense and President of the National Committee of Chemical Weapons led NACW delegation to attend the 24th Annual Conference of the State Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons-OPCW, which its headquarter based in the Hague, Netherlands, at the World Forum building from 25-29 November 2019. The Conference is participated by leaders and their delegations from 193 countries that are members of the OPCW and other Non Governmental Organizations. The Conference is held by its preparation as planned and adopted its Agenda.
During the Conference, His Excellency General Dr. PHORN Nara, Secretary General of SG holds bilateral meetings with some dialogue partners in order to explore further understanding, exchanges of ideas, promoting good relations and looking for possible future cooperation.
