His Excellency General PHORN Nara,PhD, the Secretary General of the National Authority of Chemical Nuclear Biological and Radiological Weapons, attended the II International Conference on Global Biological Security Challenges: Problems and Solutions, which was organized by the Russian Accreditation Center which supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Russian Federation. There were 117 participants attended in this important conference. The Honorable international speakers and guests included diplomats, leaders, and academics from ASEAN, Europe, America, China, Japan, India, the UN, and University.
The II International Conference <Global Biosecurity Challenges: Problems and Solutions> was held at Sochi, Russian Federation from 20-21 June 2019.
